Jesse L. Conrad CPA, Founder Jesse Conrad founded the firm in 1958 and is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where he received his Bachelors in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. He was born in 1936 in Magnetic Springs, Ohio and continues to live there today. Jesse is married to his wife, Charlene. He has four children, Brad, Carl, Kristi and Robert, and seven grandchildren, with whom he enjoys spending time with when he is not working in the office. |

Mark W. Leibold CPA, President Mark Leibold joined the firm in 1976 and is a graduate of Ohio Northern University where he received his Bachelors in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. He was raised on a farm in Union County and still lives there today. Mark is married to his wife, Shirley. He has two children, Jared and Alison, and enjoys running, traveling, and watching movies and NASCAR in his free time. |
